Colin, during twenty five years service in Banking, has been involved in training and coaching, business plan interpretation, sales management, insurance advice and sales, payroll control, counselling (debt and small business) and management accounts. He has also had training and experience in hotel management and bookkeeping as well as having an extensive working knowledge of sports and social club management and finance.
Using the skills and knowledge he gained over the years, he addresses the problems facing small businesses and those working from home; helping them maximise their opportunities and reduce the risks, whilst maintaining their quality of life.
He has recently been appointed as the regional secretary of the Federation of Small Businesses for the Berkshire Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Region.

Health check and activity planning consultancy to small businesses to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability. One review of a financial services business increased the turnover by a factor of six.
Rebuilding business plans to enable new businesses to gain finance.
Reviewing bank charges and accounting systems for small and medium businesses enabling savings to be made. Reducing both bank charges and accountancy fees in some cases by as much as 50%.
Developing financial systems and controls to a restaurant and takeaway business, to the satisfaction of the financiers, to enable the business to continue trading.
