Pam Feltham has a background in finance, business development and franchising.  After graduating she worked for a number of years for HSBC Asset Finance in business development and account management.
Nearly 10 years ago Pam began working in franchising, she joined Carewatch Care Services as Franchise Development Manager and helped developed a franchise network of 120 franchisees. In 2003, she worked on a start-up business with colleague setting up a publication called ‘The Essential Business Guide’.
In 2004, Pam moved back into franchising and worked with Expense Reduction Analysts as a Business Support Manager, setting up an on-going support structure for their 100 strong franchise network.

She has also been the Franchise Advisor for The Franchise Alliance, overseeing and presenting at UK-wide weekly educational seminars promoting ethical franchising to prospective franchisees.   Pam now runs Franchise Excellence Ltd, a franchise consultancy practice utilising this hands on franchising experience in developing clients franchise systems.
